This piece is a part of my "Red Rooster" series. I got an inspiration from a song, Little Red Rooster. I emphasized the red and orange colors of his body and head, as well as the blue-green sheen on his tail.
This piece will be available at the live auction during the 44th National Fine Art Show & Auction in Ellensburg, WA, on Saturday, May 21.
