I participated in a plein air art festival hosted by High Country Artists in Cle Elum, WA, last week, starting from Saturday, the 14th. I did total of 11 paintings during the week. This is the first piece I did at the house of our fellow artist in that area. I was drawn to the blue roof with geometric shapes and different shading. There were three of us painting there in the afternoon. By the time I was finishing up, we heard thunders not so far from us. Sooner or later, we felt the rain drops, and we wrapped it up for the day. I'm happy with they way the perspective of the building and the blue roof turn out.
