Looking

Oil on canvas, 24 x 30 in. -- SOLD

This is a scene of my neighborhood in Ellensburg, WA. I usually go for a run or walk around this huge block. Sometimes I bring my portable easel with a camera tripod to do a small oil painting as a field study. This piece was done in studio based on my multiple field studies. It's called "Looking" because the calf on the left is looking strait at you. The painting comes with a 5-inch barn wood frame.

This piece will be available at the Saturday live auction of the 41st Annual National Art Show & Auction (Ellensburg, WA, May 17 - 19).
