Texas

Oil on linen on panel, 8 x 10 inches -- SOLD

This is another piece I painted during the art show in May as a demo. I had about four hours to finish this one. This is based on a photo I took of a female Texas Longhorn at my friend's place in central Washington. It was in the morning in the early spring. There was still some snow on the ground, and the air was cool and crisp. The cows were soaking up in the sun to warm up. This piece was sold at a live auction in the same evening.
