This painting of duck family is based on my memory of a summer vacation by Lake Chelan, WA.The mother duck was taking these ducklings for a walk on the beach. She sometimes stops and stares at the offshore for a while, Ducklings patiently hangs out by their Mama.
This piece will be available at the live auction on Saturday, May 17th, at the 42nd National Art Show & Auction in Ellensburg, WA.
